About the event
How can we relax effectively and what are we inadvertently doing that prevents us from being at ease?
This is an entirely practical workshop, in which we will learn to gradually and systematically relax our entire system, effectively. Experiencing how the mind and breath influence each other, we learn to allow everything to slow down and settle. A blend of breathing and meditation principles are presented in a clear, straightforward manner giving us the tools to start feeling more relaxed and at ease.
